Payment Information
ClienBiz provides a platform for Users to communicate and manage their relationships. ClienBiz does not facilitate, process, hold, or transmit payments between businesses and clients through the platform.
The only payments processed by ClienBiz are subscription fees paid by businesses for access to certain features and services. These subscription payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and ClienBiz does not store full payment card information on its servers.
Users may choose to provide payment-related information within their profiles or communications, including Venmo usernames, PayPal links, Cash App usernames, Zelle details, or similar payment information. This information is provided solely for informational and communication purposes to help Users coordinate payments outside of the ClienBiz platform.
Any payment, transaction, agreement, refund, dispute, or financial arrangement between a business and a client occurs entirely outside of ClienBiz and is solely the responsibility of the parties involved. ClienBiz does not process, control, monitor, guarantee, or assume responsibility for such transactions.

Account deletion does not automatically entitle a User to a refund of previously paid subscription fees.
