What is ClienBiz?

ClienBiz helps businesses and clients stay connected in one place. Businesses can manage clients, communicate, and schedule appointments, while clients can manage their relationships with multiple businesses through a single app.

Who is ClienBiz for?

ClienBiz is designed for service-based businesses and their clients, including coaches, trainers, consultants, tutors, pet care providers, cleaners, landscapers, wellness professionals, and many other independent businesses.

Where is ClienBiz available?

ClienBiz is currently available only in the United States.

We may expand to additional countries in the future.

Is ClienBiz free?

For clients, yes. ClienBiz is always free.

Businesses receive a free 30-day trial that starts immediately upon signup. After the trial period, the business plan is $19.99 per month.

Do I need a credit card to start my free trial?

No. Businesses can start their 30-day free trial without providing a credit card.

Do my clients need ClienBiz?

Yes. ClienBiz is designed to connect businesses and clients through a shared platform, so both parties need a ClienBiz account to communicate, manage appointments, and stay connected.

How do businesses connect with clients?

Businesses can send connection requests to clients using the email address associated with the client's ClienBiz account.

Clients must approve the connection request before a connection is established.

Once connected, businesses and clients can communicate, schedule appointments, and manage their relationship through ClienBiz.

What if my client is not using ClienBiz yet?

Clients must have a ClienBiz account before a business can connect with them.

If a client is not yet using ClienBiz, the business should ask them to create a free account and share the email address they used to register. Once the client has registered, the business can send a connection request through the platform.

Do I need clients before I can use ClienBiz?

Yes. Messaging and appointment features require at least one active client connection.

Businesses can invite clients to join ClienBiz and send connection requests once those clients have created an account.

Why should my clients create an account?

A ClienBiz account allows clients to receive messages, view appointments, manage their business relationships, and stay organized in one place.

Can clients use ClienBiz without paying?

Yes. Clients can create an account and use ClienBiz completely free of charge.

Can I connect with multiple businesses?

Yes. Clients can manage relationships with multiple businesses through a single ClienBiz account.

Can a connection be removed?

Yes. Either the business or the client may end a connection at any time.

Once a connection is removed, access to information and communication between those accounts may be restricted.

Why use ClienBiz instead of text messages or email?

ClienBiz keeps communication, appointments, and client relationships organized in one place. Rather than searching through text messages, emails, calendars, and multiple apps, businesses and clients can manage everything through a shared platform.

Does ClienBiz process payments between businesses and clients?

Not at this time.

ClienBiz does not process payments between businesses and clients. Any payments between a business and its clients are handled outside of ClienBiz.

Can I send messages to my clients?

Yes. Businesses can send messages to their connected clients through the platform.

Can I schedule appointments through ClienBiz?

Yes. Businesses can create and manage appointments with their connected clients, and clients can view their scheduled sessions.

Can I add employees to my business account?

Yes. Business accounts can add employees to help manage clients, appointments, and communications.

Employees can access and use most business features, including managing clients, scheduling appointments, and sending messages.

For security and billing purposes, only the account owner can:

  • Update account information
  • Manage subscriptions and billing
  • Change payment details
  • Delete the business account

At this time, there is no additional cost to add employees.

Do you send marketing notifications?

No. ClienBiz notifications are intended to support your experience on the platform, such as appointment updates, messages, and other account-related activity.

We do not use push notifications to send advertisements or promotional marketing.

Should I enable notifications?

Yes. Notifications help ensure you don't miss important messages, appointment updates, or other activity related to your account.

While notifications can be disabled, some communications may be easier to miss if they are turned off.

Who can see my information?

Information on ClienBiz is only shared between users who have an active connection.

Businesses can only access information associated with clients who have accepted their connection request, and clients can only interact with businesses they have connected with through the platform.

What information does ClienBiz collect?

ClienBiz collects the information needed to provide the service, such as account information, profile details, scheduling information, and communications sent through the platform.

Is my information secure?

We take reasonable measures to protect user information and continuously work to improve security. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Can I delete my account?

Yes.

Users can delete their account at any time by navigating to Account > Preferences within the ClienBiz app and selecting the account deletion option.

If you experience any issues or have questions about account deletion, please contact support@clienbiz.com.

What happens if my business subscription expires?

If a business subscription is canceled or payment is unsuccessful, access to certain business features may be restricted until the subscription is reactivated.

Can I use ClienBiz for any type of business?

Businesses must comply with applicable laws and our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts involved in illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited activities.

Can I connect Google Calendar or other third-party services?

Not at this time.

ClienBiz currently includes its own scheduling and appointment management tools. Integrations with third-party services may be considered in future updates.

Will ClienBiz add more features in the future?

Yes. ClienBiz is continuously evolving, and new features may be introduced over time based on user feedback and platform growth.

Will pricing and features always stay the same?

Our goal is to keep ClienBiz simple and affordable. As the platform grows, pricing plans, features, and available functionality may evolve to better serve businesses and clients.

Any significant changes will be communicated whenever possible.
